Something is brewing.

The seed of a thought, or maybe many seeds of many thoughts. Anyway, it’s bubbling away like a good witch’s cauldron.

Not sure how the whole darn thing will unfold. It’s a wait and see game.

In three days I will be retirement age. I know, right! Bloody hell! Anyway, what to do when I do decide to pack in my job, big question.

Those that know me well, know that I love nothing better than a creative pursuit. Trouble is, I’m a dabbler. I have SO many started projects. Don’t be alarmed, I have managed to finish some.

I love to learn new skills, to delve into the mystery of a new medium (I did do a palm reading course once long ago), but that’s not the kind of medium I’m talking about.

I just haven’t found ‘my thing’ – yet!

But now, I’ve got the business name, I’ve got the domain name and by golly, I’ve got the logo. It’s only just begun, nowhere near ready for release but it is a start, isn’t it?

So, instead of streaming zeds into the dark of the night, I’m tossing and turning, mind a whirl with possibilities. Whether it becomes a money making venture is not really the point. It’s about pulling it all together, a collection assembled, a homage to my endeavours.

Keep smiling and stay tuned – a little bit of sunshine and whimsy is on it’s way.

Fog sits heavy overhead. Like the aftermath of a bushfire, lingering low and dulling the mood. It’s oppressive, weighing down heavily upon my world, my heart. The ground’s awash with overnight rain. It... READ MORE
